Just got my new lens in the mail & its awesome! I had dropped my camera on Halloween & the lens got jammed & something started rattling around in there, which is apprently a common problem with D40s. Anywayss, I finally got around to getting a new lens, & I'm super happy with it :D

I actually ended up getting the first version of the 18-55mm, rather than the second, but it still works great. Plus I got a few filters thrown in, so everythings good.

Any suggestions for new lenses?

There's been a lull in the photography section of my life at the moment due to school starting - this is going to be a hectic year.

During school I love my classes, but once I get home and face the homework, I ask myself why I took all these classes.

Plus the social side is taking over - there's just so much going on.

So that's my little explanation.
I had a little less homework than normal today, so I had a chance to upload a couple pictures that I spent 5 minutes on - tell me what you think!

Thanks in advance,
Nadia

I'm completely penitent for procrastinating. I saved all my summer homework until the last four days before school starts - bad idea.

I also need to put up all the pictures from my Washington trip, but before I can do so, I have to get them off of my friend's hard drive.

There's so much to do I just can't focus.

This is kind of a random post, but hey.

& I just found out one of my friends is moving to Washington :[

On the plus side, The Left Lane page is kind of up and running!

I'll be in Washington for the next couple weeks with my friend, so I won't be posting anything for a while, but there'll probably be a whole ton of stuff once I get back.

Cheers!
